Inadequate risk management in both financial and non-financial activities can lead to financial losses, regulatory sanctions, reputational damage and, in the worst case, sanctions or withdrawal of operating permits. Meeting the high demands and continuously informing yourself about and analysing today's and tomorrow's regulations requires extensive resources.
We provide an independent risk management function where we take responsibility for all the tasks that are incumbent on the risk management function in a company under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority by law and regulations, as well as the additional risk monitoring and management that the business otherwise needs or desires to create an effective and appropriate risk management function. We work risk-based and on the basis of materiality to achieve the greatest possible benefit.
Of course, the assignment can also concern risk management within activities that the Financial Supervisory Authority does not supervise. We always strive to offer our risk services at a fixed price.
